Hedwig closing tonight

The hottest ticket in town and the best show we have seen in recent months is closing this evening. We hope to see Hedwig back soon though cause this piece has some serious legs! And congratulations to Seth Drabinsky on a magically powerful and star making performance. INCREDIBLE. 

Preview: Hedwig and the Angry Inch at the Drake

Last night was the opening of  Hedwig and the Angry Inch, a rock concert with plenty of biographical interludes, at the Drake Hotel.  Hedwig tells the story of trans-bombshell Hedwig, former East-German twink and lead singer of nonchalant indie band ‘The Angry Inch’. This production takes the audience through a tragic story of betrayal, emotional and physical sacrifice, and love.

Presented by Breathe.Feel.Love and starring Seth Drabinsky as Hedwig. Drabinsky has a great feature this month in Xtra and EAP is proud to call him a friend.  We are really looking forward to seeing him at the Drake Underground in this fantastic role.  Hedwig at the Drake is sure to be a hit and is running all month long. So don't miss it!
